Nursing (Fees) Regulations 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Nursing Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Nursing (Fees) Regulations 2007 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the purposes of the Nursing Act 1995 .
The legislation specified in Schedule 2 is rescinded.
