Inland Fisheries (Controlled Fish) Order 2007

I make the following order under section 149 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Controlled Fish) Order 2007 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Interpretation

(1)  In this order –
Act means the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .
(2)  An expression in this order that is defined in the Act has the same meaning as so defined.

4.   Controlled fish

The following fish are declared to be controlled fish to which Division 1 of Part 8 of the Act applies:
(a) the fish specified in Schedule 1 to this order;
(b) any dead fish of a kind specified in that Schedule;
(c) the spawn, fry or young of any fish specified in that Schedule.

5.   Legislation revoked

The legislation specified in Schedule 2 is revoked.
