Proclamation under the Police Offences Amendment Act 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Offences Amendment Act 2007 fix 21 November 2007 as the day on which that Act commences.
