Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Amendment Order 2007
I make the following order under section 197 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Amendment Order 2007 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Order 1996 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Clause 3 amended (Interpretation)
Paragraph (a) of the definition of juvenile angling pond in clause 3(1) of the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omitting "Commission" and substituting "Director";(b) by omitting "16" and substituting "17".
5. Clause 4 amended (Taking of acclimatised fish)
Clause 4(2) of the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by omitting "year, if no other period is specified" and substituting "year";(b) by omitting from paragraph (d) "9 p.m." and substituting "9 p.m.; and";(c) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (d) :(e) at Huntsman Lake from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset.
