Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulations 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulations 2007 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Workplace Health and Safety Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 9 amended (Provision of training and service)
Regulation 9(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "the Tasmanian Learning and Skills Authority" and substituting "Skills Tasmania".

These regulations amend the Workplace Health and Safety Regulations 1998 consequent on the enactment of the Vocational Education and Training Amendment (Skills Tasmania) Act 2007 by replacing a reference to the Tasmanian Learning and Skills Authority with a reference to Skills Tasmania.
