Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2007
I make the following order under section 163(1) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2007 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The area specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be a fossil site.
SCHEDULE 1 - Fossil SiteAll that area of land comprising about 67 hectares in the vicinity of Lune River shown hatched and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 7568 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
SCHEDULE 2 - Plan
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.

This order declares an area of land in the vicinity of Lune River to be a fossil site for the purposes of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .
