Retirement Benefits Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2007
I make the following notice under section 5(1A) of the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 .

This notice may be cited as the Retirement Benefits Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2007 .
This notice takes effect on 31 March 2007.
In this notice, the Retirement Benefits Notice 2005 is referred to as the Principal Notice.
4. Clause 4 amended (Bodies and organisations to which Act applies)
Clause 4 of the Principal Notice is amended by omitting the following item:
Tasmanian International Velodrome Management Authority
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This notice amends the Retirement Benefits Notice 2005 , by removing the Tasmanian International Velodrome Management Authority from the list of bodies and organisations to which the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 applies, consequent on the winding-up of that Authority by the Tasmanian International Velodrome Management Authority (Winding-up) Act 2006 .
