Alcohol and Drug Dependency (Treatment Centres) Order 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department responsible for the administration of the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Act 1968 , make the following order under section 15(1) of that Act.

This order may be cited as the Alcohol and Drug Dependency (Treatment Centres) Order 2007 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The following premises are declared to be treatment centres for the purposes of the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Act 1968 :(a) the Royal Hobart Hospital;(b) the Launceston General Hospital;(c) the North West Regional Hospital (consisting of the Burnie Campus and the Mersey Campus);(d) that part of the Carruthers Building, St Johns Park, New Town that is used by the Alcohol and Drug Service.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.
