Optometrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2006
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .

These regulations may be cited as the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2006 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2005 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omittingand substituting:

These regulations amend the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2005 by increasing the application fee for registration and the annual registration fee under the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .
