Valuation of Land (Tender Committee) Amendment Regulations 2006
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Valuation of Land Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land (Tender Committee) Amendment Regulations 2006 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Valuation of Land (Tender Committee) Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 4 amended (Convening of meetings)
Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "by notice in writing of at least 7 days given to each member".

These regulations amend the Valuation of Land (Tender Committee) Regulations 2002 by removing the requirement for 7 days' notice to be given of meetings of the tender committee appointed under section 9 of the Valuation of Land Act 2001 .
