Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration (Fees) Regulations 2006
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration (Fees) Regulations 2006 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 .
The legislation specified in Schedule 2 is rescinded.

These regulations prescribe fees for the purposes of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 and rescind the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration (Fees) Regulations 2000 .
