Proclamation under the Industrial Relations Amendment (Fair Conditions) Act 2005
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Industrial Relations Amendment (Fair Conditions) Act 2005 fix 15 February 2006 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 12 , commence.
