Optometrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2005
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .

These regulations may be cited as the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2005 .
These regulations take effect on 11 October 2005.
In these regulations –Act means the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the purposes of the Act.
