Health Complaints Regulations 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Complaints Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Health Complaints Regulations 2005 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Interpretation

In these regulations –

Act means the Health Complaints Act 1995 .

4.   Prescribed form of warrant

For the purpose of section 47(3)(a) of the Act, the prescribed form of a warrant is in accordance with Form 1 as set out in Schedule 1 to these regulations.

These regulations are administered in the Department of Justice.

These regulations prescribe the form of a warrant for the purpose of section 47(3)(a) of the Health Complaints Act 1995 .
