I make the following order under section 13(5) of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Threatened Species Protection Order 2005 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.    Schedule 3 amended (Taxa of native flora and fauna which are endangered)

Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(b) updating certain taxonomic, authority and family references.
