Racing (Totalizator Betting) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2005
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Act 1952 .

These regulations may be cited as the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2005 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Regulations 1976 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 114AC amended (Prescribed percentage for purposes of section 57M of Act (Forecast totalizator)
Section 114AC(2) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 May 2005" and substituting "30 April 2005".

These regulations amend the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Regulations 1976 by shortening the period of application of the temporary decrease in the amount that TOTE Tasmania deducts as commission from its total receipts for forecast totalizator betting.
