Housing Indemnity Amendment Regulations 2005
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Housing Indemnity Act 1992 .

These regulations may be cited as the Housing Indemnity Amendment Regulations 2005 .
These regulations take effect on 1 July 2005.
In these regulations, the Housing Indemnity Regulations 2004 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 10 amended (Exemption)
Regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) "Crown;" and substituting "Crown.";(b) by omitting paragraph (c) .

These regulations amend the Housing Indemnity Regulations 2004 by ending the exemption of certain building work from the application of section 11 of the Housing Indemnity Act 1992 .
