Child Care (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Child Care Act 2001 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Child Care (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.    Schedule 1 substituted

Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted:

These regulations amend the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2003 by  prescribing new scales of fees for approved registration body licences and centre-based child care licences.
