Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 2 and substituting:

Annual registration fee
(a) for a person who holds a direct or indirect interest in a pharmacy or in the business carried on in a pharmacy

(b) for any other person

These regulations amend the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 by increasing the annual registration fee payable under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001.
