Proclamation under the Building (Consequential Amendments) Act 2003
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Building (Consequential Amendments) Act 2003 fix 1 July 2004 as the day on which sections 3 , 5 and 6 of that Act and Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
