Ombudsman Order 2004
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Ombudsman Act 1978 .

This order may be cited as the Ombudsman Order 2004 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Ombudsman Act 1978 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Government Departments and Other Authorities to which this Act applies)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by inserting the following item after item 15A :15B. Director of Inland Fisheries.(b) by omitting item 23 ;(c) by omitting item 29 ;(d) by omitting items 48C and 49 ;(e) by inserting the following item after item 52 :52A. A Review Committee established under section 41A of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Enforcement Act 1995 .(f) by omitting item 56 ;(g) by omitting item 67 ;(h) by omitting item 71 ;(i) by inserting the following item after item 70C :71. Teachers Registration Board.(j) by omitting item 79 and substituting the following item:79. WorkCover Tasmania Board.
