Proclamation under the Egg Industry Act 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Egg Industry Act 2002 fix 11 February 2004 as the day on which Part 2 and sections 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 24 of that Act commence.
