River Clyde Temporary Water Allocation Regulations 2003
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Water Management Act 1999 .

These regulations may be cited as the River Clyde Temporary Water Allocation Regulations 2003 .
These regulations take effect on 18 November 2003.
In these regulations Act means the Water Management Act 1999 ;temporary water allocation means a water allocation under section 90 of the Act.
4. River Clyde temporary water allocation fee
(1) For the purposes of section 90 of the Act, from 18 November 2003 to 30 April 2004 the prescribed fee for a temporary water allocation from the River Clyde water resource is 5.41 fee units per megalitre.(2) From 18 November 2003 to 30 April 2004 the fee prescribed under Schedule 4 to the Water Management Regulations 1999 for the purpose of a temporary water allocation does not apply to a temporary water allocation from the River Clyde water resource.
These regulations expire on 30 April 2004.

These regulations prescribe the fee payable for the purposes of section 90 of the Water Management Act 1999 for a temporary water allocation from the River Clyde water resource from 18 November 2003 to 30 April 2004.
