Land Titles Amendment Regulations 2003
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Land Titles Act 1980 .

These regulations may be cited as the Land Titles Amendment Regulations 2003 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Land Titles Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 13 amended (General requirements)
Regulation 13(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (i) and substituting the following paragraph:(i) is to contain the full name, residential address and occupation of (i) any witness to the application or dealing; and(ii) all parties to the application or dealing.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations amend the Land Titles Regulations 2002 by providing that an application or dealing, when it is lodged for registration, is to contain the full name, residential address and occupation of (a) any witness to the application or dealing; and(b) all parties to the application or dealing.
