Proclamation under the Animal (Brands and Movement) Amendment Act 2003
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Animal (Brands and Movement) Amendment Act 2003 fix 1 November 2003 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
