Magistrates Court (Civil Division) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2003
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 .

These regulations may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2003 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) (Fees) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 3 substituted
Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following regulation is substituted:In these regulations Act means the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 ;fee unit means a fee unit within the meaning of the Fee Units Act 1997 .
5. Schedule 1 substituted
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following Schedule is substituted:SCHEDULE 1 - Court feesRegulations 4 and 5

These regulations amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) (Fees) Regulations 1998 by inserting a new prescribed scale of court fees for the purpose of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 .
