Forensic Procedures Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Forensic Procedures Act 2000 .

These regulations may be cited as the Forensic Procedures Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Forensic Procedures Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 4 amended (Corresponding laws)
Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from paragraph (d) "Australia." and substituting "Australia;";(b) by inserting the following paragraphs after paragraph (d) :(e) Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Act 1998 of South Australia;(f) Part 1D of the Crimes Act 1914 of the Commonwealth;(g) Chapter 8 of, and Schedule 4 to, the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 of Queensland;(h) sections 5 and 95B of the Prisons (Correctional Services) Act of the Northern Territory;(i) section 4 and Division 7 of Part VII of the Police Administration Act of the Northern Territory;(j) sections 3, 31, 31A, 31B, 51 and 70B of the Juvenile Justice Act of the Northern Territory.

These regulations amend the Forensic Procedures Regulations 2001 by prescribing certain laws to be corresponding laws for the purposes of the definition of "corresponding law" in the Forensic Procedures Act 2000.
