Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Amendment Order 2003
I make the following order under section 197 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Amendment Order 2003 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Order 1996 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Clause 4 amended (Taking of acclimatised fish)
Clause 4(1)(b) of the Principal Order is amended as follows:(a) by inserting in subparagraph (iv) "and" after "Skinner;";(b) by inserting the following subparagraph after subparagraph (iv) :(v) Upper Mersey Lakes (within the Central Plateau Conservation Area and the Walls of Jerusalem National Park);

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends the Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Order 1996 by providing that acclimatised fish may be taken from the Upper Mersey Lakes, within the Central Plateau Conservation Area and the Walls of Jerusalem National Park, between the Saturday nearest 1 October in any year and the Sunday nearest 31 May in the next year.
