Water Management Order 2003
I make the following order under section 211(4) of the Water Management Act 1999 .

This order may be cited as the Water Management Order 2003 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
An expression in this order that is defined in the Water Management Act 1999 has the same meaning as so defined.
4. Constitution of Cheshunt Drainage Trust
The Cheshunt Drainage Trust is reconstituted by reducing the number of trustees on the board of that Trust to 5.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.
