Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2003
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Child Care Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2003 .
These regulations take effect on the day fixed by proclamation under section 2(2) of the Child Care Act 2001 .
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the purposes of the Child Care Act 2001 .
