Proclamation under the Egg Industry Act 2002
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Egg Industry Act 2002 fix 25 June 2003 as the day on which that section and sections 1 , 23 , 25 and 26 and Schedule 1 of that Act commence.
