Valuation of Land Order 2003

I make the following order under section 20(11) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Valuation of Land Order 2003 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 28 June 2003.

3.   First fresh valuation of lands

The date before which the first fresh valuation of lands within the municipal areas of Burnie, Huon Valley, Kingborough and Latrobe is to be made is fixed as 2 July 2003.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 11 June 2003

This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

This order fixes 2 July 2003 as the date before which the first fresh valuation of lands within the municipal areas of Burnie, Huon Valley, Kingborough and Latrobe is to be made.
