Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002 .
This order takes effect on 5 February 2003.
3. Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2002 revoked
The Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2002 is revoked.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 25 December 2002
This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order revokes the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2002 that exempted a specified area of land in the land districts of Russell, Montagu and Wellington from the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 in respect of all minerals.
