Local Government Order (No. 2) 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(6) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government Order (No. 2) 2002 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Local Government Act 1993 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Section 4 amended (Local Government Board)
Section 4(2)(b) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Institute of Municipal Management" and substituting "Local Government Managers Australia (Tasmanian Division)".

This order amends the Local Government Act 1993 to reflect the change of name of a body by omitting "Institute of Municipal Management" and substituting "Local Government Managers Australia (Tasmanian Division)".
