Proclamation under the Railway Management Act (Repeal) Act 1997
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Railway Management Act (Repeal) Act 1997 fix 1 October 2002 as the day on which that Act commences.
