Security and Investigations Agents Regulations 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 .

These regulations may be cited as the Security and Investigations Agents Regulations 2002 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 commences.
In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears,Act means the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 .
The fees specified in Schedule 1 are payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.

These regulations establish fees payable under the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 for –(a) an agent licence; and(b) an employee licence; and(c) a duplicate licence or identity card; and(d) inspection of the register.
