Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Podiatrists Registration Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2002 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the fourteenth day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Fees)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 and substituting:

These regulations amend the Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1999 by increasing certain fees prescribed for the purposes of the Podiatrists Registration Act 1995.
