Valuation of Land Order 2002
I make the following order under section 20(11) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001 .

This order may be cited as the Valuation of Land Order 2002 .
This order takes effect on 28 June 2002.
3. First fresh valuation of lands
The date before which the first fresh valuation of lands within the municipal areas of Hobart and Southern Midlands is to be made is fixed as 2 July 2002.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.
