Optometrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .

These regulations may be cited as the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2002 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1995 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting afterthe following items:
Fee for replacement certificate of registration

Fee for application for authorisation to administer and supply class 1 substances

Fee for application for authorisation to administer, supply and prescribe class 1 substances

These regulations amend the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1995 by specifying fees for applications under section 29B(1)(c) of the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .
