Administrative Arrangements Order 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Order 2002 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
4. Assignment to Minister of administration of departments and enactments
(1) The administration of each department specified under the title of a Minister in Schedule 1 is assigned to the Minister.(2) Each department specified under the title of a Minister in Schedule 1 is responsible to the Minister in relation to the administration by the Minister of the enactments specified under that department.
5. Administrative Arrangements Order 2001 revoked
The Administrative Arrangements Order 2001 is revoked.
