Proclamation under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Enforcement Amendment Act 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Enforcement Amendment Act 2001 fix 22 March 2002 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
