Proclamation under the Traffic Control (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Traffic Control (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2001 fix 1 January 2002 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1, 2, 3, 9, 11, 18, 19 and 21 and Part 3, commence.

This proclamation fixes 1 January 2002 as the date of commencement for all of the provisions of the Traffic Control (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2001 that did not commence on the day on which that Act received the Royal Assent.
