Powers of Attorney (Fees) (Rescission) Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Powers of Attorney Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Powers of Attorney (Fees) (Rescission) Regulations 2001 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 1 January 2002.

3.    Powers of Attorney (Fees) Regulations 2001 rescinded

The Powers of Attorney (Fees) Regulations 2001 are rescinded.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 26 December 2001

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.
