Proclamation under the Gaming Control Amendment (Minor Gaming and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Gaming Control Amendment (Minor Gaming and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2001 fix 19 December 2001 as the day on which sections 51 , 62 and 63 of that Act commence.
