Electricity Supply Industry (Tariff Customers) Amendment Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Electricity Supply Industry (Tariff Customers) Amendment Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Electricity Supply Industry (Tariff Customers) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 27 amended (Provision and protection of information on customers)
Regulation 27 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (3) .

These regulations amend the Electricity Supply Industry (Tariff Customers) Regulations 1998 (S.R. 1998, No. 105) by rescinding the requirement that an electricity retailer not disclose certain information.
