Passenger Transport Amendment (Continuation) Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Passenger Transport Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Passenger Transport Amendment (Continuation) Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Passenger Transport Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 29 rescinded
Regulation 29 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded.

These regulations are administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.

These regulations provide that the Passenger Transport Regulations 2000 will remain in force after 31 December 2001.
