Gaming Control Amendment Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gaming Control Act 1993 .

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Control Amendment Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Gaming Control Regulations 1994 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by inserting after subparagraph (ii) in paragraph (g) of item 5 the following:
(h) Tasmanian gaming licence operative –
(i) if the employee has been fingerprinted for the purposes of the Act or these regulations

(ii) if the employee has not been so fingerprinted

(b) by inserting after paragraph (f) in item 7 the following:
(g) Tasmanian gaming licence operative

These regulations amend the Gaming Control Regulations 1994 by prescribing fees in respect of applications for certain licences and renewals of licences.
