Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Nursing Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Nursing (Fees) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting item 2 and substituting the following:

The Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 1999 and the Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999 are rescinded.

These regulations prescribe increased fees for the purposes of the Nursing Act 1995 and rescind spent fees regulations under the same Act.
