Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Medical Practitioners Registration Act 1996 .

These regulations may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Medical Practitioners Registration (Fees) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting item 1 and substituting the following:
1. Application for registration
$220
(b) by omitting item 2 and substituting the following:
2. Annual registration fee
$300
(c) by omitting item 3 and substituting the following:
3. Late fee
$75
(d) by omitting item 4 and substituting the following:
4. Restoration fee
$75
(e) by omitting item 5 and substituting the following:
5. Fee for replacement certificate of registration
$30
(f) by omitting item 6 and substituting the following:
6. Application for additional particulars or qualifications to be recorded in register
$35
