Powers of Attorney (Fees) Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Powers of Attorney Act 2000 .

These regulations may be cited as the Powers of Attorney (Fees) Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on 4 April 2001.
In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears Act means the Powers of Attorney Act 2000 ;fee units means fee units within the meaning of the Fee Units Act 1997 .
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees that are payable to the Recorder for the purposes of the Act.
SCHEDULE 1 - Fees
Fee units | 1. | On lodgment of a power of attorney | 90 | 2. | On application to search an index, power of attorney or other instrument | 20 | 3. | On application or request for a photographic copy of a power of attorney or other instrument, if a fee has not been paid under item 2 | 20 | 4. | On an application referred to in item 2 or 3 where a copy certified by the Recorder is requested, whether or not a fee has been paid under item 2 | 50 | 5. | On lodgment of any other instrument for which a fee is not otherwise provided | 70 |
